Remote Full Stack Developer (Telecoms Focus)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring) components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Implement database solutions (SQL and NoSQL) and optimize database performance.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and new approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails).
• Solid understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated, capable of managing time effectively and meeting deadlines independently.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is highly advantageous.
