Remote Fullstack Engineer: AI-Driven DevTools

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. You will focus on desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation. This is a hands-on engineering role in a globally distributed, remote team.

Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents used by the team. Build and run agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes. Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers. Develop code quality scripts checking complexity, size, dependencies, and performance regressions. Enhance development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliability. Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others. Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents. Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging of build/test failures. Strong focus on code quality with maintainable code and automated checks. Ability to work independently and communicate in English within a remote, distributed team.
