Main responsibilities, tasks:

• Be the go-to person for users when IT challenges arise and help keep their day running smoothly.
• Connect with users through phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Investigate and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Required skills:

• Previous experience in IT support/helpdesk or customer-facing roles.
• Career starters are also welcome to apply!
• Strong German language skills and a good command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
