Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that strengthens brand identity, supports marketing initiatives, and engages target audiences across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute original design projects including marketing collateral, social media assets, and web graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage the end-to-end design process from initial brief and mood boarding to final production-ready files.
- Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and performance data to optimize engagement.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Professional Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining proactive communication with the team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma.
- Previous experience working within an agency or a fast-paced startup environment.
