We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our Medicaid Customer Service Team. In this fully remote role, you’ll deliver advanced inbound customer service to Indiana Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries about pharmacy coverage, claims, and medication pricing. You'll be the expert they trust to navigate their needs.
