A new hire who isn’t prepared creates problems for the team and for the families they are supposed to serve. You prevent that from home.
What Success Looks Like
- All documents, fingerprints, and verifications are complete before start date.
- New hires are set up in Central Reach and HR systems without delays.
- Training and clinical teams receive people who are actually ready.
- Payroll and compliance paperwork is processed accurately.
- Offboarding is completed cleanly and on time.
You’ll Need
- Experience with HR onboarding, compliance paperwork, or healthcare admin.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working fully remote with clear written communication.
- ABA or healthcare experience is a plus.
You will strengthen your HR and compliance skills while supporting a growing clinical team.
