Selected professionals will help design, manage, and improve human data workflows, support data collection and annotation operations, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of data quality. The role combines analytical problem-solving with operational project management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement to support the development of next-generation AI systems. Prior professional experience in AI is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Human Data Operations & Workflow Management

• Design and manage structured workflows for data collection, annotation, processing, and analysis.
• Support the coordination of operational activities across human data projects.

• Develop clear procedures and documentation to support consistent data operations.

• Academic, internship, or project-based experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimisation.
