Compensation
$50,000-$60,000 base salary
Performance-based commission
Typical additional commission potential of $1,500–$4000+ per month
Your results matter here. Producers who consistently create sales activity, follow up with urgency, and close opportunities will have the ability to increase their earnings.

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through provided leads, outbound calls, and timely follow-up.
- Create additional sales opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calling, and proactive prospecting.
- Explain coverage options clearly and confidently, making insurance easier for customers to understand.
- Build trust, address objections, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.
- Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate customer records, and consistently work toward individual and team goals.
Requirements
- Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license
- Proven sales, business-development, or client-facing sales experience
- Motivation to achieve measurable goals and increase earnings
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
- Know how to build rapport, uncover needs, handle objections, and close
- Take ownership of your performance without needing to be micromanaged
- Organized, coachable, dependable, and comfortable using technology
