Remote L3 Tech Support Engineer - MFT & Data Flows

Supportyourapp-1 is seeking an L3 Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for enterprise MFT solutions. You will build and update workflows, diagnose issues, and ensure data transfers remain time-sensitive and compliant.

You will escalate unresolved issues to software teams and document solutions for knowledge sharing. The role requires strong English communication and a BS degree in IT/CS, with Linux and AIX proficiency, shell scripting, and familiarity with rsync/SSH keys.
