Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance backend systems. Architect robust APIs and microservices that power our client's applications. Mentor and guide a team of backend engineers, fostering their technical growth. Oversee the entire backend development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, security, and performance. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Implement and manage database solutions (SQL/No SQL), ensuring data integrity and efficient access. Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and propose innovative solutions. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Expertise in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#. Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures. Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis) and data modeling. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of security best practices in web application development. Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively in a remote setting. Benefits
