Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Mentor and guide a team of backend and frontend developers, fostering technical growth and code quality.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g., Python/Django, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring Boot, Go).
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern Java Script.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in database design and management (SQL and No SQL databases).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
