Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies. Architect cloud-native solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Mentor and guide a team of backend and frontend developers, fostering technical growth and code quality. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project requirements. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Drive innovation by researching and proposing new technologies and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role. Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g., Python/Django, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring Boot, Go). Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern Java Script. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Expertise in database design and management (SQL and No SQL databases). Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Circle CI).
