About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability and reliability.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
• Expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go) and associated frameworks.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern JavaScript.
• Proficiency in designing and managing relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in the FinTech industry or working with financial data is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
