Sheppard Insurance Group, a well-established Allstate Agency, is growing and looking for experienced, motivated Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Producers to join our remote team!

We offer a large, established book of business, agency-provided leads, and NEW technology designed to help our producers SELL MORE and EARN MORE!

This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates MUST have an active resident P&C license, at least 2 years of P&C sales experience, previous captive agency experience, and reside in IN, KY, or OH.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell auto, home, and other P&C insurance products

• Follow up with agency-provided leads and generate new business

• Cross-sell within our established book of business

• Manage your pipeline, outbound calls, and daily sales activities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales production goals

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service

Requirements

• Must reside in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio

• Valid and active Property & Casualty insurance license

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable P&C insurance SALES experience

• Previous captive agency experience REQUIRED (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, etc.)

• Proven sales production and ability to meet or exceed goals

• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and closing sales

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently from home
