Remote ML Data Pipeline Tech Leader — Own Scalable Pipelines

BairesDev is seeking a Machine Learning + Data Pipeline Technical Leader to own and redesign robust, scalable pipelines for foundation-model data. You will diagnose bottlenecks and guide the team through end-to-end improvements.

You will anchor design decisions, ensure observability and reliability, and lead with deep expertise in Python, Ray, and Kubernetes. This is a remote role with USD compensation and flexible scheduling.
