CodeRoad is seeking a Backend Studio Lead (.NET) to serve as the technical backbone for client backends. In this hands-on IC role, you will shape technical strategy, architect highly available services, and raise engineering standards without people management.
You’ll anchor architectural modernization, scale systems on GCP, and guide nearshore PODs. Direct collaboration with US stakeholders will translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions, including designing RESTful APIs and
