What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, email, text, and virtual appointments.
Explain insurance products and available benefit options clearly and professionally.
Answer client questions and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain accurate client information and policy-related records.
Participate in virtual training, team meetings, and coaching sessions.
Work toward established service and performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A dependable, organized, and self-motivated approach to work.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and virtual meeting platforms.
A willingness to learn insurance products and develop client-service and sales skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license.
No previous insurance experience is required. Candidates who are new to the industry are encouraged to apply.
