What to Expect:

Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency
- Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics (Med Surg)
- 3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting
- Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required
- Multi-state licensure preferred
- Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric)
- Must maintain Medicare active status
