Role overview:
- In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your project management and organizational expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you explore how AI can improve workflow planning, communication, and process automation across professional and technical environments.
What does day-to-day look like:
- Design and solve real-world project management and coordination scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured explanations covering project scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry project management frameworks.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of PMI’s PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Management Specialist.
- Background in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain structured processes clearly.
