Remote RBT Recruiter — Build the Teams That Deliver the Therapy

The company cannot grow without good RBTs. You are the person who finds them and gets them hired — fully remote, working directly with U.S. clinical and operations leaders.

What Success Looks Like
- Weekly hiring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Strong candidates are sourced, screened, and moved quickly.
- Clinical teams receive people who actually fit the needs of the centers.
- Candidate experience stays professional and responsive.
- The pipeline stays healthy so teams are not constantly short-staffed.

You’ll Need
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills and pipeline discipline.
- Clear spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working fully remote against measurable targets.

You will own measurable hiring outcomes and build full-cycle recruiting skills with a hospital-partnered organization.
