Company Overview
We’re partnering with an early-stage AI company building high-quality Reinforcement Learning environments and AI agents using proprietary datasets.
With a small team and direct access to the co-founders, this is an opportunity to shape the technical platform and help build the engineering function from the ground up.
The Challenge
As an RL Engineer, you’ll work across two core areas: building RL environments focused on coding tasks and developing AI agents for enterprise customers.
You’ll join as an early engineering hire, working directly with the co-founders on technical direction and product development. As the company grows, you’ll be expected to take on leadership of the engineering team while remaining hands-on.
