Remote Sales Representative – $400 Commission Per Sale | Entry Level

Compensation: $20k – $62k • No equity

Remote Sales Representative — Commission Only | $400 Per Sale Krovance is hiring entry-level remote sales representatives to sell our HVAC Speed-to-Lead software to HVAC businesses. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role with no hourly pay or base salary. What you will do:

• Take HVAC businesses from a provided lead list
• Call business owners or managers
• Explain how the Speed-to-Lead system works
• Show or send the product demo
• Try to close the sale
• Record what happened after each lead
• Follow up when needed
• Review manager feedback and improve your approach Pay:
• $400 per qualifying paid customer
• No cap on commissions
• Earnings depend entirely on sales performance Who we are looking for:
• Entry-level applicants are welcome
• No previous sales experience required
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Reliable, coachable, and consistent
• Willing to make a high volume of calls
• Able to follow a sales process and submit accurate notes Training, scripts, product information, and the demo are provided.
