Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code using the Django framework. Develop and manage robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services. Implement and manage database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of our technology stack. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development. Requirements A minimum of 6 years of professional backend development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Python and Django. Proven experience designing and building scalable web applications and APIs. Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and ORMs. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of security best practices and data protection. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
