Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Automate operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Implement and manage security best practices across the infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture and improve development workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Stay abreast of the latest DevOps trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or software engineering with a focus on infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
