Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across the full stack.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a remote setting.
• Develop backend components using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Build responsive and engaging front-end interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, Go).
• Strong experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
