Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for speed and efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with frontend developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement and maintain automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Software Developer, with a strong portfolio of backend projects.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), ORMs, and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
