We’re seeking a Senior Designer in a a hands-on design role with a strong focus on high-volume email creative, along with e-commerce, retail, wholesale, PR, and integrated marketing design.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer who can move quickly, work independently, and maintain an elevated level of creative quality across a high volume of deliverables. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to contribute creative thinking, not just production support.

What You’ll Do

• Design approximately 60 emails per month in Figma, working within established templates and brand guidelines while maintaining a polished, elevated aesthetic
• Create digital creative for e-commerce, including homepage, landing page, merchandising, and promotional assets
• Design and curate wholesale apparel and accessories catalogs, typically 50–200 pages, for both digital and print
• Develop PR collateral, retail mock-ups, presentations, graphics, and other integrated marketing materials
• Take projects from concept through final, production-ready files

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within consumer brands, retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or a creative agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium digital and print design
• Deep experience with email design, e-commerce creative, and high-volume digital production
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
