About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter to be placed with one of Valatam’s clients, a U.S.-based staffing agency. You’ll manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, support temporary and temp-to-hire placements, maintain accurate ATS records, and achieve recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST (40 hours per week).

- Honduras, Nicaragua and Guatemala: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Peru and Ecuador: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Venezuela: 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
Local hours may shift if the client observes Pacific Daylight Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and hiring processes.
- Maintain complete and accurate ATS records of all interactions and recruitment activities.
- Support temporary and temp-to-hire staffing initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including calls, submissions, placements, and turnover.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Use AI and recruitment technology to improve productivity and workflows.
- Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience across different roles or industries.
- Strong candidate-sourcing and outreach experience.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
- Strong ATS proficiency and consistently accurate documentation practices.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, urgency, and accountability.
- Ability to write concise candidate summaries and communicate directly.
- Comfortable adopting new systems, processes, and AI tools.
- Temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, or staffing-agency experience is strongly preferred.
- TempWorks or similar staffing ATS experience is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST. Candidates must carefully consider the corresponding local schedule before applying.
