-Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
-Genuinely excited by financial markets, with an analytical, continual-improvement mindset
-Reliable broadband and a dedicated setup for trading — Maverick doesn’t provide office space, and you won’t need it
The Fine Print (So There Are No Surprises)
This is an independent contractor role, not a salaried position. Compensation is performance-based, structured as a profit split on trading gains (up to 90%, depending on track record and account tier) rather than a fixed wage. Maverick provides firm trading capital, training, mentorship, and risk parameters — you provide the strategy, discipline, and market hours. As with any trading role, profits are not guaranteed and are tied to individual performance.
