Lumenalta is seeking a Tech Lead, Data Engineering to own the technical direction of data initiatives while staying hands-on. You will bridge architecture, execution, and people leadership across data teams, product and engineering stakeholders.
You will design scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, AWS and SQL, mentor engineers, and drive long-term technical vision. This fully remote role welcomes LATAM-based candidates with overlap to US core hours.
