We are looking for individuals who will provide daily support to customers of one of the world's leading manufacturers of computers, laptops, and innovative IT solutions.
Tasks: 📌
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on an ongoing basis.
- Performing remote diagnostics and device configuration.
- Documenting customer interactions in the system.
Requirements: 💎

Excellent command of both Czech and Slovak (C1 level or higher).
- Communicative level of English (B1 or higher).
- Confidence in using devices such as laptops, desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- Availability to provide services Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- A stable wired internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote service delivery.

- Civil contract with an hourly rate of PLN 40.00 gross per hour.
