Remote Workforce Manager (Philippines)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management in a BPO environment or similar set-up.
- Candidates must be from the Philippines.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with workforce management software preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Laptop or desktop with a decent processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
