1. 協助維運人力資源管理系統
2. 擔任窗口彙整人力資源管理系統系統使用問題與協助異常排除
3. 執行薪酬、保險與差勤相關系統設定與資料維護
4. 協助需求訪談與系統優化規劃
5. 參與人資系統專案（導入、改版、流程優化）
6. 彙整與產出人資報表與分析資料
7. 建立與維護操作文件及作業流程

1. Support the maintenance, administration, and day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS/HRIS).
2. Serve as the primary contact for HR system users, consolidating system-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution of system incidents.
3. Perform system configuration and data maintenance related to payroll, insurance, benefits, and attendance management.
4. Assist in requirement gathering, user needs analysis, and HR system enhancement planning.
5. Participate in HR system initiatives, including system implementation, upgrades, process optimization, and digital transformation projects.
6. Prepare, consolidate, and analyze HR reports, workforce data, and management information.
7. Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and user manuals.
