About the role

We're hiring an embedded firmware engineer for our RF tag, a wearable that keeps groups connected off-grid over a LoRa mesh, with GPS and a Bluetooth LE phone app. Stack: Nordic nRF52 on Zephyr (nRF Connect SDK).

我們正在尋找一位 Embedded Firmware Engineer（嵌入式韌體工程師），參與 RF Tag／RF Explorer 的嵌入式韌體開發與產品優化。

RF Explorer 是一款面向戶外、救援及無行動網路環境的 LoRa Mesh 離網通訊裝置，結合 GNSS 定位與 Bluetooth LE 手機 App。此職位將直接參與實際硬體產品的韌體開發、除錯、測試與功能改善，並與硬體、App 及產品團隊協作。

What you'll work on

• LoRa (SX126x) mesh protocol and radio certification (ARIB, ETSI, FCC)
• Bluetooth LE GATT services for the phone app
• IMU, magnetometer, compass and GNSS drivers and sensor fusion
• Power management (nPM1300), watchdogs and reliability
• New board bring-up and debugging on real hardware

主要工作將涵蓋 LoRa Mesh 通訊協定、Bluetooth LE 與手機 App 的資料交換，以及 GNSS、IMU 等感測器相關韌體開發。同時也會參與實際硬體 Bring-up、除錯、功耗優化及產品穩定性改善。

由於產品涉及無線通訊與實體硬體，除了撰寫韌體外，也需要與硬體及認證相關工作配合，例如 RF 測試、認證問題排查及實際設備測試。

What we're looking for

• 3+ years writing production C for microcontrollers.
• RTOS experience, ideally Zephyr or nRF Connect SDK.
• I2C, SPI and UART drivers from datasheets.
• Bluetooth LE (GATT).
• Hardware debugging with J-Link/SWD and serial logs.

我們希望你具備實際量產產品的嵌入式韌體開發經驗，能夠獨立閱讀 datasheet、理解硬體介面，並針對實際硬體進行問題分析與除錯。

如果你過去曾參與 IoT、Wearable、GPS、LoRa、Bluetooth 或其他無線通訊產品開發，將會非常加分。

Hardware skills we'd love to see

• Reading schematics; using a scope and logic analyzer
• RF basics: antennas, RSSI, spectrum analyzer or cert lab time
• PCB bring-up and Zephyr devicetree
• Low-power measurement and soldering/rework

我們特別重視能夠跨越「韌體與硬體」之間進行問題排查的工程師。

如果你熟悉電路圖、示波器、Logic Analyzer、RF 測試設備，或曾實際參與 PCB Bring-up、低功耗測試、焊接與硬體 rework，會非常適合這個職位。

Working Style: 採 Hybrid 工作模式。

由於工作內容涉及實際硬體、測試設備與開發板，部分工作可遠端進行，但在進行硬體 Bring-up、實機測試、量測或除錯時，可能需要配合到公司或指定地點進行實體作業。我們希望找到的是能夠獨立推進工作、主動分析問題，並能與硬體、產品及其他工程團隊有效溝通的工程師。
