人形機器人機構研發工程師-銅科(C10)

工作內容：
1. 機器人零組件（含外殼與內部結構件）的塑膠與金屬件設計，考量精密模具、CNC加工與壓鑄工藝，提升可靠性與成本效益。
2. 選用合適材料，確保產品符合機器人對強度、輕量化、耐用性及環保的要求。
3. BOM 清單控管：負責物料清單 (BOM) 的建立、維護與版本控管，確保零件資料的正確性與一致
4. 技術文件管理：撰寫並管理所有零組件的技術文件、零件規格書，所有圖面需符合 GD&T 規範。
5.機器人機構設計，進行3D設計、拆圖、列BOM、撰寫組裝、測試 SOP

1. Optimize plastic part designs for robot components (including external and internal structure) considering precision molds and process constraints to improve reliability and cost-efficiency.
2. Select appropriate materials to meet the robot's requirements for strength, light-weighting, durability, and environmental standards.
3. BOM List Control: Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and version control of the Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
4. Technical Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documentation and component specifications, ensuring all drawings adhere to GD&T standards.
5.Robot mechanism design, including 3D design, breakdown drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, assembly and testing SOPs.
