1. 透過招募網站與平台審核履歷並主動搜尋人才
2. 開拓新的招募管道
3. 安排面試與後續人員入職流程
4. 與用人單位確認需求，幫助各部門找尋合適人選
5. 教育訓練建立、員工關係、活動等其它主管交辦事項

【Essential Qualifications】
1. 具招募軟體人才經驗兩年以上
2. 具軟體人才招募經驗
3. 熟悉各類招募平台操作
4. 熟悉軟體產業脈動
