Renal Care Nurse [SL]

Provide nursing support and participate in haemodialysis treatment for patients.

Perform vascular access needling for A-V fistulas and A-V grafts in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition throughout dialysis sessions.

Document treatment progress and promptly escalate any abnormalities to the nurse in charge.

Ensure dialysis machines and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned and disinfected.

Monitor medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness for daily operations.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection prevention and patient safety.

Assist doctors and nursing colleagues during patient treatment and examinations.

Perform other duties assigned by the Head Nurse.
