Axon's Leadership Development Internship (LDI) is a highly selective summer experience designed for ambitious students who want to solve meaningful problems, work alongside leaders, and gain exposure to one of the world's fastest-growing publicly traded technology companies. THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

Axon’s Leadership Development Internship is a highly selective, 10-12 week summer internship that places interns in various roles across the company. Designed for those eager to gain meaningful business experience at a high-growth company, Axon’s LDI is ideal for future leaders ready to drive innovation and make an impact.

  • 10+ participants with a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds
  • Own meaningful work from day one — partnering with leaders to solve complex business challenges, influence decisions, and help shape Axon's future.
  • Build experience across key teams and functions, including: Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Global Strategy & Operations, Finance, People Operations, Virtual Reality, Product Development, and more!
  • Mentorship from Leadership Development Program alumni, business leaders, and experts across Axon.
  • LDI-specific programming—including panels, speaker sessions, mentorship, and networking events—designed to accelerate your professional development and expose you to teams across Axon.
  • High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities, including Axon's Leadership Development Program and full-time roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (Class of 2028 preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience — in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community
  • Passion for solving complex problems

  • Start Date: May/June 2027
  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Axon Headquarters) or Boston, MA

The starting hourly pay for this role is USD $30. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
