Renovation Project Manager
For more than 40 years, some of the most discerning homeowners have chosen our team to design and build the homes of their dreams. Our process begins with listening. We take the time to understand each client's vision and then bring it to life through thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence at every stage of the experience.
Our proven, turnkey approach combines design, construction, and interiors to create a seamless experience that thoughtfully manages our clients' schedules, budgets, and every finishing detail. Our beautiful homes have earned numerous national, regional, and local industry awards, making us one of the most award-winning design+build family of companies in the Carolinas.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Renovation Project Manager to join our growing renovations team! As the on-site face of Gabriel Builders, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring every project reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and our core values.
You'll be responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, developing and managing project schedules, submitting daily reports, maintaining detailed project records, and following through on requests and commitments with care and timeliness.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You will work closely with subcontractors and trade partners, clients, and internal team members to keep projects moving forward efficiently and professionally. Our reputation for cleanliness is something we take seriously, so maintaining an organized, exceptionally clean jobsite and work truck is a must.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily project operations, monitoring costs and maintaining budgets, assisting with bid packages and estimating, coordinating trade partners, and anticipating long-lead materials and potential scheduling challenges. Because renovations often involve unique conditions and unexpected discoveries, the ability to think ahead, adapt, and solve problems thoughtfully is especially important.
