Renovation Works Site Manager
Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Renovation Works Site Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of all works on-site, reporting to the project architect or project leader. As a consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on diverse client projects, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor the progress of the works and conduct site visits.
- Ensure the correct execution of ordered works based on purchase orders or contracts.
- Check the quality of the executed work.
- Ensure proper safety management on-site.
- Handle necessary administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with various colleagues across different departments.
- Be flexible and willing to visit sites across the region.
- Possess a BA5 certification.
- Have knowledge of the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
