Rental Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and maintain competitive customer pricing.
• Prepare accurate rental agreements and related documentation.
• Stay informed about competitors’ rates and rental practices to ensure market awareness.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Work directly with customers to understand their trailer and container needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct thorough pre-rental trailer inspections, documenting any defects or maintenance needs.
• Perform post-rental inspections to verify condition and identify any damage.
• Take photos and document damages as needed for customer billing purposes.

• Enthusiasm for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude and proactive mindset.
• Self-starter who can work independently while supporting a team.
• Clear and effective communicator.

Qualifications to be successful:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years’ experience with direct customer relations
• Must have a current driver’s license.
