Job Summary:
The Delivery assistant manager supports the overall day-to-day operations of Rental Delivery, Tune-Repair Shop and Gear Movement-logistics. This position is responsible for upholding/maintaining the success of three separate teams, working in conjunction with each other. The Delivery assistant manager takes a lead in training, coaching and scheduling of the three teams, and is responsible for sales revenue generation and growth, inventory and asset control, fleet and guest gear tuning, vehicle fleet upkeep, box truck routes for gear movement, rental delivery routes, morning and evening operations, as well as guest and employee experience. The Delivery assistant manager is the acting “manager on duty” leader in the absence of the store manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations: monitoring revenue and labor performance to budget, delivery scheduling, payroll management; act as manager-on-duty in the absence of a Store Manager
- Maintain daily store records for performance, sales metrics, inventory control and equipment rentals
- Train employees in POS & rental systems, product knowledge, guest service techniques, driving of fleet vans and delivery routes, & inventory integrity and loss prevention policies and procedures
- Review and document employee performance and behavior and provide meaningful feedback for improvement and/or recognition
- Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, organized & safe working environment, including "own your area" maintenance upkeep (e.g. snow-removal and Delivery Warehouse)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years of retail supervisor experience (ski industry preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask and manage multiple customers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays & weekends
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft applications
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions
The expected pay range is $25.00 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
