Rental Division Manager

This position is to:

• Drive business growth through sales leadership, market development, and strategic contract acquisition.
• Lead all aspects of rental operations, fleet performance, and service excellence for the National/Alamo brands.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences while protecting and enhancing brand reputation.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational and financial success.

The position requirements are:

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' management experience in operations, sales, and people management.
• Knowledge of rental operations, fleet management, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability.
