Manage to operating budgets for all responsible outlets.
Hire, train, motivate, & evaluate supervisors, leads, & staff.
Develop & implement training programs for all store staff to ensure they are exceeding JHMR guest service & operational expectations as well as meeting all safety requirements.
Provide reporting & analysis to contribute to pricing & packaging decisions.
Work with Ticket Office & Mountain Sports School to develop products & procedures to maximize guest & process efficiency.
Work with General Manager to set & maintain rental shop appearance guidelines.
Coordinate all rental department maintenance & repair needs.
Ensure accuracy of Rental product set-up & procedures.
Work with Marketing & General Manager to develop & implement Rental marketing strategy.
Work with wholesalers/groups to ensure effective communication & procedures.
Oversee daily operations of all Rental outlets, ensuring procedures & policies are set up & executed to hit high accounting standards.
Direct & execute physical inventory process- ensure all procedures & policies are in place regarding inventory management.
Develop & implement inventory awareness programs for all store staff.
Establish & maintain proper safety practices for guests & staff.
Work with the Rental GM to coordinate & execute the winter youth season lease program.
Coordinate the JHMR employee Rental programs- meeting the needs of mountain employees while maintaining expenses.
Work with groups department to equip local school & adaptive groups with rental equipment
Work as a rental technician as necessary.

Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Proficient computer skills & Microsoft Suite proficiency
Basic knowledge of the bike/ski/snowboard industry & the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Extensive technical knowledge of rental operations for applicable rental equipment.
Exceptional people management & leadership skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required.
Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent job-specific training required.
Minimum 4 years previous experience in rental operations required.
Previous management experience preferred.
Previous experience in resort operations preferred.
Previous experience in the cycling industry preferred.
