The Rental Operations Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Bogus Basin Rental, Lease, and Repair department.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Manage all aspects of winter and summer rental, repair, and lease operations.
- Opening/Closing of rental shop operations day and night.
- Purchasing of all rental merchandise and supplies.
- Monitor and report all rental inventories.
- Oversee and handle all rental banks, deposits, and day sheets.
- Supervise all rental personnel including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, disciplining, and terminating.
Non-Essential Functions of the Job
- Assist employees with their duties as needed.
- Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting any unsafe conditions or situations while on premise.
- Assist guests in any way to help solve any problems that may arise.
- Perform other related duties as required.
