As a Repair Clerk, your primary role is to support the Repair team with a variety and complexity of tasks to ensure the team meets their repair and service obligations to customers, such as assist with scheduling orders, clean-pack orders, data-entry in CRM, prepare supervisor reports and order parts. If you have superb organization skills and like a variety of tasks, this may be the job for you.

Job Details:

  • Completes scheduled modification/clean-pack orders by following established Repair and Perform initial incoming inspections on returned product.
  • Provide supervisor with daily updates of schedule conflicts and completion of rush orders.
  • Clean/prepare returned product for evaluation/repair. Complete CRM modification orders based on schedule.
  • Write a detailed memo in the service order describing the work performed; parts used, testing performed.
  • Maintain all test fixtures and Vacuum Sealing equipment.
  • Stage completed modification orders to the warehouse area for shipping.
  • Detects and/or initialize changes or errors in defective assemblies and document such findings to the appropriate authority.
  • Assists in maintaining the Repair parts inventory & support supplies for team usage,
  • Maintain clean work areas, following all established procedures.
  • Performance basic soldering and assembly as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 3-5 years of equivalent related work experience.
  • Organization skills to keep department running efficiently.
  • PC literate.
  • Ability to speak, write and read English.
  • Physical certification by company appointed doctor, able to lift up to 40 lbs.
