FabFitFun is seeking a Replenishment Planner/Buyer to join our Merchandising team!
Location:
This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).
What You’ll Do:
- Own demand forecasting for 300+ SKUs, optimizing turn and maximizing revenue across channels by setting reorder points, safety stock levels, and order quantities.
- Manage seasonal flow of inventory, pricing, and allocation across multiple channels and tools, identifying slow-moving items and proposing action plans.
- Serve as the Refills point of contact for participating brands, issuing seasonal unit forecasts, managing POs, and resolving brand issues.
- Conduct regular analysis of inventory performance and seasonal reporting, plus ad hoc analysis to support replenishment program growth.
- Own topline strategy for program growth from both an assortment and internal execution standpoint. Work with AI tools to automate internal processes & maximize efficiency in demand planning and execution.
