Report Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of program and operational reporting across a complex business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards, integrating data from multiple source systems, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
This role requires strong expertise in business intelligence tools, data governance, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful reporting for operational teams and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
  • Create customer-centric reporting views that provide visibility across customer segments, products, sites, contacts, and network data.
  • Build drill-down and self-service reporting capabilities to support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through streamlined processes.
Data Integration & Analysis
  • Integrate and reconcile data from multiple systems, including CRM and service management platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, uCRM, or equivalent systems.
  • Develop and maintain a single authoritative source of truth for program reporting.
  • Analyze trends, identify data anomalies, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
  • Data Quality & Governance
    • Establish and maintain data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
    • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, auditability, and compliance with data governance standards.
Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent reporting and visualization tools.
  • Strong experience with data integration, transformation, and reconciliation across multiple source systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Power Query
    • Data modelling
    • Complex formulas and reporting automation
    Experience working in telecommunications, utilities, technology, or complex operational program environments.
