The Opportunity

Advance your career and join our Data & Analytics Practice as a Reporting Analyst supporting a major, long-term program of work with a leading telecommunications client.

In this role, you will act as a key technical anchor within our consulting team, navigating complex multi-system environments to establish a single authoritative program view. You will play a crucial role in designing customer-centric dashboards, translating business requirements into automated reporting, and producing high-level insights for senior and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain customer-centric dashboards and reporting views in Power BI or Tableau, incorporating segment, product, site, contact, and network data with drill-down capabilities.
  
• Data Integration & Reconciliation: Reconcile and integrate data across 7-8 disparate legacy source systems (including Salesforce, uCRM, ServiceNow, and SAP) to establish a single source of operational truth.
  
• Program & Metric Tracking: Track and report on program lifecycle states, migration milestones, customer cutover readiness, response/intent rates, and risk/issue trends.
  
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish rigorous data validation, refresh, and reconciliation processes to ensure total reporting accuracy, auditability, and anomaly detection.
  
• Documentation & Business Logic: Maintain operational data dictionaries, define metrics, and translate complex stakeholder requirements into structured reporting solutions.
  
• Insight Commentary: Produce clear, concise written reporting commentary and narrative insights to accompany data outputs for senior leadership.
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3-5 years' experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst role, ideally within telecommunications, banking, or utilities industry.
  
• BI Tools: Proven expertise in building and maintaining enterprise dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools, with experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.
  
• Core Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (complex formula modeling, pivot tables, data transformation) paired with strong SQL skills.
  
• Enterprise Systems: Hands-on experience integrating/reconciling data across Salesforce, ServiceNow, uCRM, SAP, or legacy CRM/billing systems.
  
• Governance Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to spot data anomalies, bridge tracking gaps, and uphold strict data quality.
  
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable operational and executive insights.
  
• Background Check: This role requires the successful candidate to go through police and bankruptcy checks before employment. Candiates must be willing to go through this process to be considered for the role.
