Summary

The Reporting & Automation Analyst provides data-driven insights and automates reporting to support global license sales and ecosystem operations, using BI tools like Power BI/Tableau and SQL/Python where applicable.

The Reporting Analyst role in Enterprise Analytics & Reporting serves as a critical position within the Global License Sales and Ecosystem team. This role is designed to align with the organization's overall business goals by providing actionable data insights and fostering an improved understanding of the sales ecosystem.
  • Data Insights for Ecosystem Alignment:
    • Provide analytics and reporting to align the ecosystem business with strategic goals.
    • Improve business knowledge, enabling better decision-making through insights derived from data.
    • Proactively identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; collaborate with teams to uncover root causes and drive cross-functional improvements—beyond standard reporting.
  • Operational Support:
    • Deliver support for license sales operations, ensuring visibility into pipeline generation and ecosystem interactions.
    • Facilitate business performance reviews, focusing on metrics like Pipeline Generation and Ecosystem Operations.
  • Strategic Contribution:
    • Assist in creating dashboards (e.g., Ecosystem Executive Dashboards) to provide a unified view of operational and ecosystem performance.
    • Bridge gaps between sales, operations, and ecosystem stakeholders for cohesive strategy execution.
  • Contribute to the automation strategy by leveraging AI, BI tools, and scalable analytics solutions to increase efficiency and insight generation.




  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret data, create reports, and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and experience in data visualization tools, reporting software, and advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate analytics findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the ecosystem and license sales business, including its key drivers and metrics.
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis, enterprise reporting tools, and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and ability to align data insights with business goals.
  • Nice to have - knowledge in SQL, Python, or other tools for data manipulation and analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.




  • Advanced experience with enterprise-level analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proven track record of supporting global sales teams with actionable insights.
  • Experience in process automation and optimization to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Advanced knowledge of ecosystem and license sales dynamics.
